Cancellation Policy

I respectfully request 48 hr notice if you must cancel or reschedule your reservation. This gives myself the opportunity for last minute reservations to book into my schedule. Any cancellation made 48hrs or less from your scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) that were scheduled. Any cancellation made less than 2 hrs of your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of service(s) scheduled. Same goes for no call, no shows. In the event of a true unavoidable emergency all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. Full service fees still apply.
